At the seashore of Pohai, there is a tourist city named Xingcheng. Shougang Donghua Machinery Factory does locate in the city. It was built in 1970.

It used to be attached to the National Ministry of Weapon Industry and it was attributed to Shougang Group in 1988. It possesses 320 millions RMB of the total assets and more than 1100 machining equipments such as Ф200 borer, Ф175 borer, 6m closed planer, planer type miller, 6m lathe, 8m lathe, 3.4m vertical lathe, etc. So ability of manufacturing is very strong.

Our main products are:

Mine and metallurgical equipments: We have manufactured 141 kinds of special equipments for National Ministry of Industry, hundreds of kinds of metallurgical equipments for Shougang Group.

Welded pipes: As an unique supplier, we have supplied high-frequency welded steel pipes,steel pipes plated with zinc-nicked alloy, and pipes conveying oil for users in recent years.

Railway products: Our factory is a fixed supplier of the National Ministry of Railways. We began to manufacture forged steel body center plate fixed on goods train in 1988, new type brake beam in 2003, break head and coupler yoke in 2005.

Belt conveyers: As a professional belt conveyer manufacturer, we have made thousands of belt conveyers for users like Shougang, Angang, Bengang.

The other products such as electron-magnetic induction heating products and cold-strip steel have got good reputation of customers.All of products use as trademark.

There is an employment of 1300 workers and staffs in the factory including 145 engineers and technicians. So the factory has got the abilities of researching and developing. The factory has 14 branches and one Technical Center at the provincial level. In recent years, we have obtained 12 patents. In 2000, the factory was confirmed the Model Enterprise of Patent Product. Forged steel body center plates have been awarded the National New Product Certificate. Welded Pipes have been confirmed as Science-Technology Award. In 2001, our factory obtained the Certificate of Approval for Enterprises with Foreign Trade Rights in the Peoples Republic of China.

We still put emphasize on product quality. The factory acquired Quality Management System Certificate in 1996. In 2005, it passed the three integrate authentication of Quality Management System, Environment Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
